Bodies, our bodies, are mobile, changing spaces. They are territories of expression of human nature: sensitive and living maps of our life journey, our aspirations, frustrations, battles, and victories.

Our bodies are our heritage and inheritance. They speak to us of diversity, change, clash, and transformation. They are migrant spaces, eternally in transit to another place.

Forms migrate, ideas migrate, internal spaces migrate, physical, emotional, and psychological health migrates, identity migrates, we always migrate; we migrate inevitably in the inexorable transit towards the end of our days.

Our migrating bodies: eternal fluctuating spaces in search of freedom.

(Cuerpos Migrantes season 1 episode 1)

Milo takes us on a journey through his transition, showing us how one can migrate towards freedom.

Danza UNAM proposes to construct a narrative on Cuerpos Migrantes based on an artistic-choreographic thought linked to documentary exercise, in order to discover renewed forms of enunciation that promote updated discussions about the notions of migration and body.
